As a dedicated and passionate professional within the body piercing community, I am seeking to rejoin the board of directors of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP). My previous term on the board was marked by significant achievements, including the development of the new autoclave standards, the initiation of the Body Jewelry Verification Program, the launch of a new website and membership software, and active participation in the international committee.
Even after my previous term, I have continued to work on all these projects as a non-board member, demonstrating my unwavering commitment to enhancing safety and standards within our industry.
As the current Medical Director, I have shown dedication to supporting our sister organizations globally, and I have several innovative projects and ideas designed to strengthen our volunteer programs and foster closer relationships with international standards and health organizations.
I am confident that my experience, coupled with my ongoing commitment to the APP’s mission, will contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization. I look forward to the opportunity to serve and collaborate with the board once again to advance our shared goals.
While I am capable of working with any of my colleagues, if given the choice, I would particularly like to have Brian Skellie and Cozmo join me on this journey. I have a close working relationship with them and place my trust in their abilities and commitment to our shared goals.
